NTM Vegiorganic offers a range of frozen vegetables, snacks & ready meals

NTM Vegiorganic exports high-quality frozen vegetables, Frozen Indian Breads, Frozen Indian Snacks & Ready Meals around the world product range under the brand names VegiNatural and VegiOrganic. The product range includes more than 20 IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) cut vegetables; ready-to-eat products like Just Heat & Eat Indian bread (Naan & Parathas); Fry & Eat vegetarian snacks like Samosa, Spring Rolls, Nuggets, Kababs, and more.

NTM Vegiorganic Products is proactive in exploring and introducing more sustainable agricultural production methods. The company has translated its ambitions into Minimum Impact, Maximum Output, and Sustainable Agriculture Practices.

According to Satish Saundatti, chief executive officer of NTM Vegiorganic, their vegetables are organically grown with zero pesticide residue, and ready-to-eat products are processed with zero preservatives and cooked as per the traditional Indian style.

With a processing plant in Surat, Gujarat, NTM Vegiorganic is in the process of launching its products in the domestic market. "Soon, we will launch fresh organic vegetables under the VegiOrganic brand, sorted and packed organic vegetables," says Saundatti.

According to Saundatti, the company is continuously working on improving and achieving sustainability in farms and other processes to achieve the highest food safety standards.

Delivering quality products is one of the company's main commitments and corporate strategies. The company follows good manufacturing practices and ensures the highest levels of food safety. He informs, "We are in the process of certifying - all farms to Global GAP standards to meet international standards; our processing facility to BRC to meet international standards of food safety; and our facility and working place to SEDEX to meet international standards of social responsibility."

Sharing his opinion on the trends in the industry, Saundatti remarks, "The F&B industry will grow substantially in the coming years, particularly ready-to-eat hygienically processed products that are free from preservatives, chemicals, artificial flavors, pesticides, and others. Amidst that, the vegan food category is growing and NTM is in the process of launching a few under VegiOrganic brands. In the international market, more consumers like Indian snacks like samosa, kababs, and similar products."

NTM Vegiorganic is participating in the upcoming trade show Annapoorna – ANUFOOD India. The company plans to display its flagship products, including frozen vegetables and ready-to-eat products, under the VegiNatural brand. Elaborating on their participation at ANUFOOD, Saundatti says, "These platforms like ANUFOOD will help us to communicate our products and USP to targeted audiences. We look forward to gaining more customers and distributors from the show."

Expanding worldwide

Speaking on their future vision, Saundatti adds, "In the next 4 to 5 years, we are targeting to export our products to more countries along with a full domestic launch with an annual frozen business of more than 5000 MT with a value of over 50 crores." It has been exporting to countries like the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
