While sharing the details, Rudra Pratap Singh Chauhan, director, Fresh-O-Veg, said, "Today FOV's consulting in farm management services comprises of three divisions which are Agri engineering, agronomy and operations and infrastructure of farms. In the food processing industry, FOV offers an in-house team covering every area and aspect like architecture, processed engineering, utility engineering such as fire, ETP, HVAC, water solutions, food technology, creating New Product Development (NPDs), food process augmentation, setting up of standards, standardization of different food equipment, financial services, and many more".

R&D and innovation

According to Chauhan, FOV has always been ahead of the game when it comes to innovating for the needs of each customer, starting right from the storage of potatoes back in 96' to now making automated solutions for nut roasting and sweet making, excluding any human impressions.

He adds, "We believe our strength lies in the products when they start gaining volumes and plan to switch into a continuous line. We take the handle and break it into fragments, research it, test it in our specialized labs, go over the mechanical characteristics, and then decide on what equipment would best serve the purpose."

Adding a 360-degree solution

Evolving through the pandemic, FOV has come forth with 360-degree support right from planning to production. Chauhan remarks, "The 360-degree support dilates towards customizing factory layout or upgrading an existing plant, manufacturing & planning, and optimizing output through appropriately sourced production technology both mechanized & automized. Setting budget parameters, utilizing engineering, commissioning, and start-ups."

Chauhan talked about their participation and expectation from the trade show, "We've been participating in this exhibition for the last 12 to 15 years and we keep coming for more, as every experience has been greater than last year for our brand. We expect a good footfall, potential customers, and business leads."

When asked about the vision and plans of Fresh-O-Veg, Chauhan simply stated, "Our vision is to keep growing at a decent pace and provide only excellence to our customers."
