Radiohead Brands, the owner of Jimmy's Finely Crafted Cocktail Mixers, announced that mixologist and beverage consultant Yangdup Lama would join them as head of Product and Innovations.

Lama will act as product evangelist for Jimmy's and will work closely with the founding team to further develop its range of bar quality cocktails and co-create new lines of spirits mixers. The company wants to keep its product line fresh with new flavor launches every quarter this year and has its sights set to grab shelves at several international markets soon.

Founder Ankur Bhatia shared, "We are very excited to have Yangdup as part of team Jimmy's. Jimmy's has seen a phenomenal response pan India since its launch, and we want to continue to enhance the home drinking experience with more exciting variants. We are certain his expertise will be instrumental in maintaining product excellence and tailwind our global ambitions."

Besides being an accomplished mixologist and a successful entrepreneur (co-owner of two award-winning bars), Yangdup dons many hats as a beverage craftsman. He is the driving force behind the reputed Cocktails and Dreams Bar School, author of a cocktail book, and was featured as one of the 100 Most Influential Figures in the Global Beverage Industry in 2020 by Drinks International Magazine, UK. More recently, Yangdup's bar in New Delhi – Sidecar, was voted #16 in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2021 and #91 by the World's 100 Best in 2020, a first for any Indian bar.

Speaking on the association, Lama said, "I am pleased to don the mantle of head of products for Jimmy's Cocktails. They have had a fantastic first year and were able to burst the myth that 'cocktails' is limited to being a bar consumption trend. When Ankur came to me with the vision of an Indian brand that would excite consumers across the globe with its range of home-grown flavors, I jumped on the opportunity, as it aligned with my beliefs as well.'

Jimmy's Cocktails was launched in 2019 with the vision to allow consumers to recreate gourmet bar-style cocktails in the comfort of their home without the stress and fuss involved in cocktail making. Founder Ankur Bhatia envisioned a product that would change the way spirits are consumed at home, elevating the home drinking experience.

In a short time, Jimmy's has grown to become India's leading mixer brand and possibly the country's fastest-growing premium non-alcoholic beverage. Launched nationally in 2020, Jimmy's is now in 2500 retail outlets across 25 cities and selling directly to consumers from their website jimmyscocktails.com and prominent third-party online shopping platforms like Amazon, Big Basket, and Cred, among others, delivering to over 400 cities.

Founded in 2019, Jimmy's Cocktails is a unique, ready-to-drink premium cocktail mixer brand that delivers all the complexity and craftsmanship one would find at their favorite bar. Crafted by some of India's top mixologists, Jimmy's range of cocktail mixers are made with fewer calories, natural flavors, and zero artificial sweeteners - achieved by using only the highest quality ingredients with their natural sweetness.
