Lamipak to showcase new packaging solutions at Gulfood Manufacturing 2024

Lamipak, a global leader in aseptic packaging, is set to present its latest packaging innovations at Gulfood Manufacturing 2024, from 5-7 November at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Exhibiting at Za’abeel Hall 3, booth Z3-C2, Lamipak will showcase an expanded portfolio, including reel fed and sleeved fed packaging formats designed to enhance brand appeal on shelves.

“We are excited to participate in this year’s Gulfood Manufacturing and unveil our latest packaging formats and services,” said Ajas Shaikh, Cluster Head for the Middle East & Africa.

A key highlight of Lamipak’s new offerings is the much-anticipated LamiSleeve — the company’s first sleeve-fed aseptic packaging format. Additionally, LamiPure, a next-generation pack featuring 90% renewable content and an aluminum-free package, will be introduced.

“Lamipure is a testament to our dedication to sustainability,” noted Karunesh Singh, ISU Cluster Head at Lamipak.

“This new pack contains 90% renewable materials, compared to 75% in standard packs, and simplifies beverage carton recycling by replacing aluminium.”

In addition to new packaging options, Lamipak will debut an innovative marketing tool, One Pack, One QR Code, allowing brands to engage with consumers on a deeper level.

Each pack features a unique QR code, which can be used for consumer engagement campaigns such as scan and win, loyalty programs, and to build consumer trust by serving as a gateway to provide detailed product information such as origin, and product authenticity.

“This powerful tool offers endless opportunities for brands to enhance the consumer engagement and real time tracking of products,” said Kanchan Sharma, Regional Marketing Head for the India Subcontinent, Middle East & Africa.

“Brands can now offer tailored experiences for each product, from discounts and loyalty rewards to exclusive content like recipes and brand stories. Consumers simply scan the QR code for a personalized experience, while brands gain insights into purchasing patterns and product performance, supporting better marketing and demand forecasting.” 

Lamipak’s expansive portfolio includes both reel fed and sleeved fed formats catering to a wide range of beverage segments, including dairy, juice, plant-based drinks, and alcoholic beverages such as wine and spirits.

Lamipak also provides comprehensive technical and marketing services, offering end-to-end support from product conception to launch.
