Omori India to showcase innovative packaging solutions for the future at Inter FoodTech

Omori India, a subsidiary of Omori Machinery Company Japan, is set to showcase its advanced packaging solutions at the upcoming Inter FoodTech exhibition, scheduled from June 5 to 7 at Yashobhoomi (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi.

With over 5500 installations across Asia, Australia, Middle East, and Africa, the company has established itself as a leading manufacturer of high-speed flow wrap machines and automatic feeding systems for both food and non-food applications

Speaking about the company, Dhiren Patel, chief operating officer, Omori India, says, "Our machines are utilized for wrapping various food products, including biscuits, chocolates, cereal bars, and noodle cakes, catering to renowned brands such as Britannia, Mondelez, Nestle, Danone, Parle, etc. Additionally, our flow wrappers are adapted for handling non-food items such as soap bars, detergent cakes, and pharma blisters."

At Inter FoodTech, Omori India will showcase its SI 5000 Machine with Belt Feeder, specially designed for unevenly shaped products and varying lengths. According to Dhiren Patel, this innovative machine offers reduced changeover time and box motion-type cutting to accommodate products of various lengths in real-time, making it ideal for industries requiring flexible packaging solutions. “During the whole operation, product will move on the belt, and this will a major boom in industries where multiple varieties of products are packed in real-time,” he adds.
