WeightPack machinery can also be installed for the treatment of caps, lids, pump dispensers, and trigger sprayers as well as containers such as HDPE, PET, glass, and cans. The packaging solutions offered by WeightPack are suitable for most product viscosities.

The electronic Weightpack capper sports purpose-built Direct Drive Torque motors for the individual capping spindle axis movement. Direct motion coupling eliminates gearboxes, timing belts, and pulleys that normally reduce operating precision and feedback sensitivity of standard capping head drives.

The special features of the electronic capper are its ability to maintain a constant torque in the application of each cap and to handle special applications such as fragile caps or caps with very low torque requirements.
