Since its inception in 2017, Shri Vibracion Technologies has been an industry contributor to automation, integration and vibrating conveying systems and food processing equipment. The company specialises in the manufacture of electromagnetic vibrators, seasoning scarf feeder, de-watering, motorized and electromagnetic screening, natural frequency conveyor and vibratory bowl feeder among others.

Talking about the company, Chetan Dakhore, managing director at Vibracion said, “We at Shri Vibracion Technologies, formerly known as Shri Vibracion are manufacturers of specialized electromagnetic feeders catering to industries like pharmaceuticals, snacks, chemicals, foodprocessing, nuts, grains, packaging, minerals, etc. In the past four years, we have installed more than 800 units across India. We are catering to a lot of OEMs (original equipment manufactures) and end users are also getting established slowly.”

Talking about the advantages of their equipment, he said, “Our products are easy to clean require no maintenance as there is no moving and no lubrication parts. Hence the ROI(return on investment) for each equipment is quick and the customer has smile on his face while investigating. There is also 24x7 running guarantee.”

Sharing their experience at the trade show, he said, “We displayed hygienic and safe conveying systems using various technologies like electromagnetic, electromechanical and units which attracted visitors. Equipment like vibratory spiral conveying, micro dosing and counting system are the most in-demand products in current industry. The response and customers the event has brought to us is great. We displayed our equipment at this event and customers excitedly came to observe. We had not predicted that people from all over India will come to the event. We got installation requests from the south as well. That is a good sign. The organizers waited two years due to the pandemic and made all the efforts to plan this event. All the credit goes to them. I am sure next year will be a better one.”

R&D and innovation

Commenting on the efforts on innovation, he told us, “Our expertise lies in electromagnetic feeders. We have seven design registrations and two patents that are under inspection. We are working on bridging the gap between traditional and advanced technology for our customers.”

He added, “We are tailor made machine manufacturers and can handle any product which is not liquid. For instance, the market nowadays is leaning towards healthy products and we provide equipment to convey makhana(foxnuts)which is a high protein snack. We provide our customers with customized cost-effective solutions so that they get reliable return on investments on their products.”
