Mane Kancor shines with dual accolades at Fi India 2024

Mane Kancor has achieved remarkable success at Fi India 2024, winning two prestigious awards that underscore the company's innovative prowess and commitment to excellence.

At the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre on 25 September 2024, Mane Kancor was honored with the ‘Excellence in Research and Development’ award in the Food Innovation category, standing out among 16 distinguished participants. This award celebrates the company’s groundbreaking work in developing new processes, products, and state-of-the-art technologies, reinforcing its strong dedication to research excellence in the food industry.

In addition to this accolade, Mane Kancor also clinched the ‘Ingredient of the Year’ award for its King Chilli (Bhut Jolokia) oleoresin, a product renowned for its intense heat and unique flavor. This oleoresin is part of our Global Chilli Spectrum, where selective chilli peppers with their taxonomic diversity are extracted using advanced methods to retain the oleoresin's authentic taste and aroma.
