Organic India launches new varieties of tea & infusion

With a vision to offer genuine organic wellness products and solutions for conscious and healthy living, Organic India, on the side-lines of International Tea Day, launched new and exciting variety of tea like Tulsi Detox Kahwa and infusions such as Peppermint Refresh, Moringa hibiscus, and Simply Chamomile. Each of the newly launched products have a unique taste and significance attached to it. While Peppermint combined with Tulsi will make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated, Moringa is packed with several nutrients that are the goodness of several ayurvedic herbs that are essential for immunity building. The Chamomile tea is well-known for its therapeutic offering for sleepless nights offering respite to people who are looking forward to a sound sleep. Detox Kahwa offers a powerful combination of Green Tea, bounteous spices, herbs, and rock salt, which helps build immunity and supports healthy digestion. All the newly launched flavours are organic and ensure healthy living.

Talking about the newly launched products, Akila Chandrashekhar, CMO, Organic India, revealed, “The pandemic has triggered a tidal shift in consumer behavior, towards healthy eating. People have now started giving their health more importance than ever before and by adding new flavours, we aim to offer more variety in the tea segment. The brand hosted a tea-tasting session, highlighting the health benefits of consuming tea and its organic properties as a natural source of antioxidants among others.

“Tea, after water, is one of the most popular beverages around the globe, a unique feature of tea is that everybody likes it in their own special way. Tea Tasting is similar to wine tasting, where it uses four basic steps, visual, smell, taste, and touch”, Chandrashekhar further added.

After capturing a significant market share in the organic tea space by offering infusions, herbal supplements, the company recently forayed into Indians getting on the "health-conscious" bandwagon—with organic rice, pulses, and spices. Organic India offers more than 29 varieties of teas and infusions, and 35 organic certified whole herb supplements in vegetarian capsules.

Organic India is currently working with over 2,200 farmers across the country and has recently established a state-of-the-art LEED platinum-certified manufacturing base in Lucknow to support its growth plan.
