Gupta further talked about their different verticals and offerings and added, "We work in two verticals - we supply imported technology and we have our manufacturing of food processing machines. At our factory, we do a lot of customizations as per the customers' specific needs, which are either product-related or automation-related. We do complete projects, sometimes single machine/ single activity as well." According to him, Kanchan Metals has a service team that looks after imported machines, including installations.

While talking about the pandemic and its impact on the business, Gupta mentioned, "Initially there was a lot of panic as the factories were shut for a while. We also had an impact of the same, but if I talk about it today, I can say that we have never seen such a historic growth in our business. Our growth in 2021 has been the largest since the company was launched. So, the pandemic's impact on our business was entirely positive as it's directly related to the growth of the entire food industry. Need of the hour demanded less dependency on manpower which automatically profited the machinery business."

Kanchan metals participated in ANUTEC India 2021 and displayed processing solutions to meet customers' expectations and offer them global technology with local support.
