According to Manan Ajay Rathi, managing director, Rathi Engineering, the company's motto is 'Seva'. "We believe that success as an enterprise lies in their clients' business processes." The company aims to provide quick, sure-shot, and robust assistance to its clients. It works with the leading powder processing technologists to offer improved and forward-looking solutions to its customers' grinding needs.

Rathi Engineering has exhibited its machinery and processing techniques at ANUTEC India for the first time. Speaking of their experience, Rathi shared, "We have very high hopes from a business perspective. I believe these kinds of exhibitions help us understand the technologies being used by the Food Packaging and Processing Industry. Our purpose of being a part of this event is to learn more, explore, and also to look forward to future collaborations."

While talking about the impact of COVID-19 on his new enterprise, he said, "Since the pandemic made things very unpredictable, we still don't know what will happen tomorrow. However, it was a lesson for us to be more focused on what we have to do. If I talk about the impact on my business, I would say despite being in the pandemic, we almost doubled our business in a year".

Speaking of the manufacturing facilities, he added, "Currently, we have two manufacturing units in Pune, and functional offices in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai. We plan to open one more manufacturing unit in Pune and offices in Indore, Patna, and Bengaluru. We are a team of around 65 people in which 40 of them are from Engineering background, and others belong to the admin and other workers."
