DMN INDIA is a 100% subsidiary of DMN-Westinghouse, Netherlands. DMN-Westinghouse has been designing and manufacturing Rotary Valves, Diverter Valves, and other related components for the bulk solids handling industry for over 70 years.

“We are one of the largest independent manufacturers of Rotary & Diverter valves with no involvement in system design. Our sole activity is developing, manufacturing, and selling these components. We offer tailor-made solutions to the global Food, Dairy, Plastics, Petrochemicals, Chemicals & Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Minerals, Aquaculture, Power, and Biomass Industries,” shares Abhishek Ranjan, managing director, DMN India.

The company has two production facilities, one in Noordwijkerhout (Netherlands) exclusive for Rotary valves and one in Altshausen (Germany) exclusive for Diverter valves. Its Indian headquarter is in Chennai (Tamil Nadu), with two state-of-art Service Centres at Chennai (Tamil Nadu) & Vadodara (Gujarat) to serve customer needs across PAN India. “We have all related spares readily available at our Warehouse in Chennai (Tamil Nadu) to cater any immediate requirement from Customers,” shares Ranjan.

Providing an extensive range of solutions

According to Ranjan, the company’s rotary valves and diverters have a well-established reputation for handling all kinds of dry powders and granular materials, such as - sugar, cocoa, starch, flour, chemical ingredients, and lime powder, China clay, fly ash, and wood chips. “All rotary and diverter valves in the DMN-Westinghouse product range have been developed in-house. The development of new products often takes place together with major customers. Of course, all components are continuously under review about value engineering and functionality,” he adds.

Diverters by DMN-Westinghouse come in many types and sizes, suitable for specific use or various applications. The extensive diverter range comprises a series of plug diverters (dual pipe, single pipe, CIP suitable, gravity) and tube diverters (2-14 ports), some of which are also available in the USDA Dairy accepted version. For the mineral industry, the BTD ball type diverter with its rugged design, is very suitable for handling abrasive products.

ANUTEC- International FoodTec India 2022

The DMN India team eagerly awaits joining ANUTEC- International FoodTec India 2022 from 14 to 16 September to exhibit their products before a wide range of stakeholders, visitors, and decision-makers in the F&B industry.

At the event, DMN India will display its valves named MZC – II, PTD – 50, and Rotor Machine, which are majorly used in Food Industry.

DMN India was a participant in ANUTEC exhibition in Delhi; therefore, they are aware of the impact it has when it comes to business. “We got a chance to connect with many business officials, which is why we are again participating. ANUTEC helps in achieving our business goals by connecting with new business owners, industries & customers. It also helps us to build stronger connections with our existing customers in the Food industry,” he adds.

DMN India was incorporated in 2020 as a subsidiary of DMN-Westinghouse, Netherlands. The company’s vision is to start manufacturing valves in India for easy and timely delivery of its products to its customers.
