Sanko Machinery exhibits its state-of-the-art rotary packing machine at PackEx

It deals in manufacturing high-speed stick type, 3/4 side seal sachet machines for powders, granules, liquids, sugar, and pastes. Sharing the company’s details, So Matsuzaka, general manager - International Sales, Sanko Machinery, says, “We have more than 45 years of combined experience; we offer a wide range of packaging machines including conceptual design and engineering, consulting and project management services. Matsuzaka stated that Sanko has state-of-the-art technology to offer and can provide machines for packing powder in sachets at speeds of up to 1500 packs per minute due to continuous R&D. He adds, “Thanks to our innovation, we can pack liquids in sachets at very high speeds and with 0% leakage.”

F&B industry trends and disruptions

Matsuzaka believes that the disruptions have resulted in more people opting for single-serve sachets delivered at home. Offering his insights, he says, “We have seen a huge spurt in demand in other countries like USA and Japan which has resulted in demand for more machines.”

At PackEx 2022

Sharing his thoughts on how such events like PackEx help companies attain their business goals, he says, “Participation in PackEx brings us in contact with all our existing, past and future clients as it is visited by almost all major and minor food manufacturers from all across the country, thus giving us more business opportunities.”

At the event, visitors are witnessing Sanko’s state of art rotary packing machine model SR500, which can pack powder at speeds of around 600 packets per min.

Talking about their plans, Matsuzaka shares, “We wish to keep on serving India and South Asian region by providing best quality machines for producing world-class products.”
