More Foods, the leading plant-based food-tech company, is excited to announce its strategic collaboration with Tivol, a subsidiary of the Osem-Nestlè Group. This announcement marks Tivol’s first-of-its-kind collaboration with a food-tech startup. The two companies are set to bring to market ‘meaty’ products made from pumpkin seeds that are rich in fiber and proteins while using a minimal number of ingredients and tasting great. With a shared vision of reducing environmental impact, More Foods and the Osem-Nestlè Group will create a portfolio of innovative pumpkin seed meaty products for main meals.

The collaboration aims to meet the growing demand for healthy and sustainable food options, leveraging More Foods' expertise in plant-based technology and the Osem-Nestlè Group’s vast market reach. The Osem-Nestlè subsidiary is a world pioneer in plant-based products, serving the Israeli Market, in which 13% of the population [a bellwether for global vegan trends] identify as vegetarians or vegans, and the additional 45% are actively reducing their meat consumption. More Foods enables their partners to deliver accessible, high quality delicious main meal ingredients that rival the experiences of animal-based proteins. Allowing More Foods to expand its presence and offer its innovative plant-based products to a larger consumer base, the collaboration will put ‘clean label’ products on shelves to provide consumers with a healthy and juicy main meal food with a desirable meaty composition.

More Foods' flavourful pumpkin seed plant-based meaty products are produced using a limited number of natural raw materials, such as pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and make up the main element of a wholesome protein-rich meal. Produced from raw materials that are typically found in side-streams of the food industry, Mode Foods’ products ensure a significant reduction of damage to the environment. Available currently in more than 100 Israeli restaurants, including some of the country’s biggest chains, More Foods has embarked on its international expansion with products distributed in Europe and delivered across the UK. The collaboration with the Osem-Nestlè Group will add to More Foods’ efforts to transform how consumers perceive and consume food, offering healthier and more sustainable main meal ingredients.

"We are proud to partner with the Osem-Nestlè Group and combine our unique product offering with their market accessibility," said Leonardo Marcovitz, founder of More Foods. "This collaboration represents an important milestone in our journey to broaden our market presence, reach a larger customer base, and further our mission to make nutritious meaty center-plate plant-based products more accessible to consumers worldwide."
