Within 48 hours of launching the unique trust-based campaign – TransparenSee – iD Fresh records over 50 thousand virtual visitors to their batter factory. As part of the campaign, the company has opened up its idly-dosa batter making facility for public view via live streaming. The massive response to the five-day long campaign is a testimony to iD’s mission of creating customer milestones based on trust.
“This is just the second day of the campaign. From school going children to home makers and diverse professionals, we have been overwhelmed with the kind of response and the engagement received from our well-wishers over the last two days. We look forward to many more visitors over the weekend. This is the result of the hard-work and commitment of every team member at iD Fresh who believes in one single mission - to win customers’ trust and loyalty,” said, Rahul Gandhi, CMO, iD Fresh Food.
The campaign closes on Sunday (3 April 2022) and iD Fresh is expecting close to 2 lakh visitors by the end of the five-day campaign. Given the massive response, iD’s tech team is working round-the-clock to ensure a seamless experience for all those who wish to get a peek into the working of the batter factory.
From the comforts of their homes, people can now access live feeds of the making of their favourite idly & dosa batter. All areas within the factory are under CCTV cameras – the raw material feeding area, urad dal feeding zone, fenugreek feeding zone, water fixing zone, grinding zone, batter ready zone, packing zone, chiller entry point & chiller exit point. iD’s Giant Home Kitchen brings together the finest ingredients, the latest technology and traditional recipes in a world-class, pristine and hygienic environment. The live feed is available on iD’s website – https://www.idfreshfood.com/trust-factory– from 10 am to 5 pm, till 3 April, 2022
