Rieco Industries, based in Pune and known for its project engineering and manufacturing capabilities, is set to increase its workforce to over 500 employees by 2025. Specializing in delivering sustainable solutions for powder processing and bulk material handling, Rieco collaborates with leading entities across more than ten industries.

According to Vikas R. Bhatia, chief executive officer of Rieco Industries, this growth strategy will not only enhance Rieco's market position but also consolidate its status as an industry leader.

In its pursuit of expansion, Rieco is prioritizing diversity, notably evidenced by the recruitment of 80% female workforce among its recent batch of 20+ Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). Additionally, to better cater to customer needs, the company has established a team of 35 dedicated service engineers and has recruited 12 diploma trainees.

Recently, the company received recertification as a "Great Place to Work" for the second consecutive time, affirming its ongoing commitment to creating a positive and productive work environment for its employees.  "We believe in fostering the right environment for people to do their best," emphasized Bhatia.

Looking ahead, the company has plans to recruit top talent from prominent institutions such as IITs and IIMs over the next two years. With a vision to become a global leader in custom-engineered solutions for complex material handling processes, Rieco also plans to add PhD professionals into its material testing and research vertical.
