Marking a significant step in Kenya’s agricultural modernization, President William Ruto inaugurated Sona Machinery’s latest installation — a state-of-the-art rice milling unit in Kibos, Kenya. Unlike its predecessor, the new facility is fully pneumatic, enhancing efficiency, precision, and durability. This upgrade is set to revolutionize local rice milling by reducing downtime, increasing yields, and creating new opportunities for regional producers.
