DMN to showcase high-end valves & couplings for dry solid applications at Snack & Bake Tec

DMN India, a 100% subsidiary of DMN-WESTINGHOUSE, Netherlands, has been designing and manufacturing rotary valves, diverter valves, and other related components for the bulk solids handling industry for more than 70 years. The company is one of the largest independent rotary and diverter valve manufacturers.

Speaking about the company, Abhishek Ranjan, managing director, adds, “We offer tailor-made solutions to the global food, dairy, plastics, petrochemicals, chemicals & specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical, minerals, aquaculture, power and biomass industries.”

DMN’s rotary valves and diverters have a very good established reputation in the market for handling all kinds of dry powders and granular materials, such as sugar, cocoa, starch, flour, chemical ingredients, lime powder, China clay, fly ash and wood chips.

Diverters by DMN-WESTINGHOUSE come in many types and sizes, suitable for a specific use or various applications. The extensive diverter range comprises a series of plug diverters (dual pipe, single pipe, CIP suitable, gravity) and tube diverters (2-14 ports), some of which are also available in USDA Dairy accepted version.

Headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with two state-of-art Service Centres at Chennai and Vadodara, Gujarat, the company, serves customer needs across PAN India. DMN has two production facilities, one in Noordwijkerhout (Netherlands) exclusive for Rotary valves and one in Altshausen (Germany) exclusive for Diverter valves. Ranjan shares, “We have all related spares readily available at our Warehouse in Chennai (Tamil Nadu) to cater to any immediate requirement from customers.”

DMN at Snack & Bake Tec 2022

At Snack & Bake Tec 2022, DMN will be exhibiting valves such as MZC – II, PTD – 50 and Morris couplings. Speaking of this, Ranjan adds, “The new technology we are bringing to the show is MZC -II The new MZC-II is designed around intuitive cleaning and incredibly easy access. This allows for cleaning at an unseen level of hygiene. This in turn, makes the MZC-II rotary valve a perfect fit for all sectors inside the dry bulk industry from dairy, pharma, food, cosmetics to the paint industry. With the hygiene regulations becoming stricter over a broad range of industries.”
