Founded in 2021, Gemak Engineering Solutions offers custom-designed dairy processing systems, stand-alone equipment, and projects for various applications. Ghaziabad-based company works with a vision to help small dairy farmers and retailers.

Speaking about the company, Aditya Kumar Chatterjee, general manager of Sales, adds, “I have an experience of 25 years in the dairy sector. I have worked with the National Dairy Development Board, Amul, and other State Milk Federations of India. I have seen very closely and experienced the hardships of our dairy farmers. We started Gemak to support and cater to the needs of dairy farmers by offering them the latest innovative technologies of the dairy sector.”

Gemak product portfolio includes bulk milk coolers (capacity – 100 to 10000 liters), chilling center accessories, butter churners (capacity- 20 to 1000 liters), milk storage tanks & silos (capacity- 500 to 100000 liters), container-based portable milk collection unit (capacity - 500-5000 liters), milk analyzer and farm solutions, bucket milking machine, and milk cans made of stainless steel and aluminum (capacity - 10,20,30,40 & 50 liters).

Gemak’s R&D team anticipates future needs and develops solutions to support the dairy farmers in reducing their infrastructure costs for civil construction & product. Further, Gemak solutions also help farmers to enhance productivity and efficiency. Gemak Engineering Solutions at IIDE-2022

At India International Dairy Expo (IIDE) 2022, Gemak will present an Open Type Horizontal Bulk Milk Cooler – 1000 liter, and Portable Milk Collection unit. According to the company, its Bulk Milk Cooler stores raw milk at a specific temperature without deteriorating the quality & hygiene of milk while maintaining the shelf life for a longer period.
