Dr. Archna Gupta
Dr. Archna Gupta holds an M.Sc. in Foods and Nutrition from Gobind Ballabh Pant University, Pantnagar, UK, and a Ph.D. in Food Technology and Agriculture from Swami Vivekananda University, Saugor, MP, where she has submitted her thesis. She also possesses a PGDND from IHCA, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and is a certified Diabetes Educator by IDF, Hope Certification. She has been awarded the UNDP/ICAR Fellowship for her contributions to the field. Currently, Dr. Gupta serves as the Head of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department and Consultant Dietitian at Chandra Laxmi Hospital, Vaishali Ghaziabad. She also works as a consultant for Tata Health and provides freelance consulting services across various online and offline platforms.
Dr. Gupta has published numerous articles and papers in esteemed journals and magazines and has been an active speaker, panelist, moderator, and chairperson at many national and regional conferences. She is a life member of the Nutrition Society of India, the Indian Dietetic Association, the Red Cross Society, and the Delhi Diabetic Forum. Over the years, she has guided and helped more than 65,000 patients with various ailments through diet, yoga, exercise, meditation, and lifestyle modifications, extending her reach to the broader community.
In addition, Dr. Gupta founded the SWASTISUKHAM CARE FOUNDATION, an initiative dedicated to transforming lives by nurturing future generations. The foundation works on special projects related to "Nutrition & Health" and "Menstrual Health and Hygiene" across India, with the support of a dedicated team of experts and volunteers.
