Kopanna Naidu

Kopanna Naidu has spent more than a decade in quality & food safety. At Snowman Logistics, he is the Corporate QA Manager for the food and pharmaceuticals segment. He is responsible for developing quality standards for the organization and periodically communicating the performance to management. Naidu looks after product quality and food safety compliance by developing systems and standards in the process. He takes care of the organization's quality and food safety certificates, conducts internal and external quality audits, coordinates with other departmental heads on improving the quality standards, and conducts training sessions for the employees and food handlers. He has worked in the fresh foods industry with companies like Delmonte, Aditya Birla Retail, and Waycool Foods and Products.
