Sushant Gaur

As founder and CEO of Adeera Packaging, Sushant Gaur drives the company's strategic direction, heading the core team in ideation and implementation of business and marketing ideas to stay at the top of the growth curve. A Bachelor of Mass Communication (MBICEM, Delhi) with PGDM in Marketing and Finance (Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi), he started his entrepreneurial venture by setting up a paper conversion facility in Delhi. That's how Urja Packaging came into being, which later transitioned into the present-day Adeera Packaging Private Limited, India's largest paper bags and pouches manufacturers. His growth-oriented approach backed by promoting sustainable business practices has propelled Adeera Pack to its present glory that continues to scale for the future.
